On a large scheme the lighting is rarely late because of the lighting. It is late because a submittal sat with a consultant for five weeks, or because a container cleared customs the day after the ceiling closed, or because nobody noticed that phase two needed a fitting that was discontinued between tender and award.
One ARAK project manager owns that whole chain: submittals and approvals, procurement from our partner factories, shipping and customs clearance, delivery phased to the construction sequence, site coordination, snagging and close-out. You get one number to call and one person who already knows what was agreed in March. On multi-phase and multi-city programmes that is not a convenience; it is the only way the dates hold.

The four things that decide the outcome
Procurement, shipping and customs
Orders placed against factory lead times we actually verify, consolidated where it saves freight, and cleared through customs with documentation that matches the order. Delays here are almost always paperwork, not ships.
Delivery phased to the programme
Fittings arrive when the ceiling is ready for them. Six months early means a full store, a damage claim and a warranty clock that started before installation; six weeks late means a delayed handover.
Snagging and close-out
A joint snag walk, a closed list rather than an open one, and the handover pack (as-builts, warranties, spares schedule and the control database) issued together so the file is complete on the day it is needed.
