Installation and fixture aiming
Setting out against the reflected ceiling plan, coordination with the ceiling and MEP trades before anything is cut, then focusing every adjustable fitting after dark rather than at eleven in the morning.
Our own technical crews on site, not a subcontractor we have never met.
Installation, aiming, configuration, commissioning and handover carried out by ARAK teams. We focus and program on site with the client present, then hand over as-built documentation and train the people who will run the system every day after we leave.

The gap between a lighting design and a lit building is about two hundred small decisions taken on a ladder: which way this spot points, how far that trimless fitting sits off the plaster line, whether the driver is reachable once the ceiling closes. They are taken either by people who understand the scheme or by whoever was available that week.
ARAK's own technical crews do this work. We install, aim, address, program and commission, and we do the focusing at night with the client standing there, because a beam angle looks different in a lit room than it does on a drawing. What is handed over at the end is the building, the as-built documentation, the control database and a trained operator, not a box of manuals.

Addressing, ETS programming, scene building and system testing with the client present, so a scene is signed off in the room it belongs to instead of being described in a meeting.
Marked-up drawings, the final fixture schedule, the control database and the addressing list, issued as the record of what is actually in the building. This is the document the next contractor will work from.
The facilities team is walked through the panels, the scenes and the failure modes, on site, doing it themselves. A system nobody has been shown how to run is a system that gets bypassed within a year.

Send drawings, a fixture schedule, or just the brief. Our Riyadh team will come back with a lighting study and a quotation.
