Controls are where a lighting scheme either earns its budget or quietly wastes it. A building with no control runs every circuit at full output for fourteen hours because nobody is paid to walk round switching things off. A building with the wrong control does the same thing, plus the client now owns a proprietary system that one integrator in the Kingdom can service.
We build on KNX and EIB, a worldwide open standard rather than a brand, so lighting, blinds, HVAC, metering and security sit on one bus, and any KNX-certified integrator can pick the system up in ten years' time. Scenes, occupancy sensing, daylight harvesting, DALI dimming, tunable white and astronomical time clocks all come from the same layer, which is also why the car park, the facade and the boardroom can be told to do something together.

Scenes, occupancy and daylight
Presence detection on the circuits nobody remembers, daylight harvesting on the ones beside glass, and scenes that a receptionist can actually reach on a button rather than three levels into an app.
DALI dimming and tunable white
Per-fitting addressing, so a single failed driver reports itself instead of being found by a guest. Tunable white where the room's use changes through the day and a fixed colour temperature would be wrong for half of it.
Energy monitoring and reporting
Circuit-level metering logged and reported, which is what an ESCO contract, a green building target or an operating budget review asks for. Savings you can point at rather than savings you assert.
